The enjoyment of liquors has a long tradition on the Amalfi Coast. Produced by priests and private families alike, liquors were homemade with the spices, fruits and vegetables from the personal gardens and prepared according to generations old recipes. Every monastery and every family created their own special “digestivo.” In Italy, you will often hear: “You have to try this; it was my grand-grandmother’s recipe.”
We are inspired by these ancient traditions and want to preserve those recipes. Our liquors are produced by a small family business on the Amalfi Coast, who captured these traditional recipes in their liquors. Emphasis lies on the use of regional products and production “like our grandfathers did it…”
