By purchasing our marmalade, you are ensuring that the tradition of small farms owned by the families will not get lost to large commercial producers and chains.
To produce this jewel, our producer only selects the most suited fruits from the nearby private farmers. Once the quality is assessed, the fruits are washed and dried naturally. They are then peeled manually and cooked for one hour, adding only sugar. The marmalade is sterilized through boiling and remains fresh for 18 months.
